Preregistration for Blue Ridge Folklife Festival Horse & Mule Events is not required, but you can save time by registering your animal(s) online now.
PERMISSIONS AND LIABILITIES:
By submitting this registration form to enter your animals in the Blue Ridge Folklife Festival, October 26, 2024, you are agreeing to the following:
1. Ferrum College, its sponsors, directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be held liable for any injury or damage incurred by myself, my entry(s), my helpers, my animals, or my property before, during, or after the Blue Ridge Folklife Festival.
2. I accept liability and responsibility for any damage or injuries my animals cause to any person or property before, during, or after the Blue Ridge Folklife Festival.
3. I will conduct myself in a safe and courteous manner at all times.
4. I grant Ferrum College the right to photograph, video, and/or record me and my entry(s) at the Blue Ridge Folklife Festival in any medium, and to use my name, photograph, and/or likeness in any reasonable manner, including publication in any medium.
